We were tasked with creating ads and social content for the 2026 Puppy Bowl, the yearly showdown where Team Ruff and Team Fluff battle for the title of Puppy Bowl champion. This was a dream project for us that began with plenty of collaborative ideation and culminated with a live action shoot featuring dozens of puppies and NY Giants quarterback Jameis Winston.
The goal for this year’s social campaign was to position the pups as serious athletes. When developing the look and feel, we borrowed elements from the professional sports world. Think bold use of color, quick cuts, football motifs, and punchy music. The video concepts followed suit. Our team scripted and produced player profile reels, a series of “paw’dcasts,” exclusive sideline interviews—and much more.
Nearly 13 million people tuned in on the big day. Several of the videos were aired on Animal Planet and major television networks, while the digital rollout featured 170+ unique assets across four platforms, ultimately generating hundreds of thousands of organic views.
